For Your Family Photo Session
STEP 01
Check Availability
Select a package to view availability dates and times. You may also message me if you have need help finding the perfect photo session.
STEP 02

I offer a variety of family photo sessions and locations to choose from. If you have a particular location in mind already such as a condo rental or favorite location, reach out or book the any location package.
STEP 03
Planning Your Session
Let's chat by phone or email to decide exact meeting location.
Many families coordinate outfits for matching or contrasting styles. Google & Pinterest have great outfit inspiration photos.
Bug Spray is recommended at parks, beaches, & nature locations.
Towels or a change of clothes are recommended for beach locations.
Proper shoes should match the environment & for safety.
STEP 04
Session Day
I recommend arriving 10-15 Minutes early to accommodate parking, entrances, wardrobe adjustments, or walking. Sessions begin promptly as scheduled.
Step 05 After The Session
1. Online Photo Gallery
You will receive an email to a photo gallery.
Inside the email you will receive instructions.
A Download PIN will be located at the bottom of the email.
2. Ordering Prints
Your family & anyone you share the online photo gallery with, will have the options to order prints, digital downloads, and more. To get started select the photo(s) and cart or "buy" icon to see various sizes & styles available.
3. Downloading Photos
It is highly recommended to download photos to a computer, then share with a smartphone. This ensures you receive the highest quality image available to view and print.
A Download PIN will be located at the bottom of the email with the online photo gallery link.
4. 3rd Party Printing
Yes, you may print photos your self or take the photos to a 3rd party to be printed. Should the 3rd party request a release, please contact us.
Rescheduling, Permits, & Policies
Weather Conditions
Weather conditions may require the session to be rescheduled.
Rescheduling
Life Happens.
Client may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance.
Rescheduled sessions by the client must be used within 60 days.
Location changes for a rescheduled session may be additional.
Should the photographer need to reschedule a full refund shall be offered.
No Shows & Cancelation
No refunds for "no shows" or cancelations of services by the client.
Safety, Policies, & Liability
All participants are liable for his or her own safety including those under the age of 18.
No pets or service animals.
The photographer's limit of liability is no more than the value of purchase.
The client is responsible for any other fees before or after the session.
Services are governed by St John's County, Florida.
Family Sessions may not be used for weddings or other events.
Permits & Entrance Fees
The client is liable for any necessary permits, parking, or entrance fees to the location.
